Consistency.

Be warned* I am vain when stressed out ;)

Today, I found out that there are more faces on a human than on a seven headed serpent. I mean, I knew that LONG ago but sometimes, things just get physically "reinforced" if you get my point. I mean, sigh* I can actually count the number of people I can really trust and bank on.
I wish I could go back to the time when I was little and things were less intense and the only things I could do wrong was to take some chocolate from the fridge without permission or steal some chocolate powder. HAHA. I miss my childhood years.

Anyway, on a lighter note, my sister screwed up her Malaysian studies test which is a pretty pointless subject so it's alright. I don't know why we're forced to take it up in college :/

3 'BRANCHES' of administration are : ( Lil's answers were )
(i) dead branch
(ii) stems
(iii) young twig.

She has a wicked mind ;)
Which I totally love. Oh sigh* I still am torn between orgasms (read previous post) :P But I think, maybe I'll stick with my major. Which is Bio Medical Science. So I don't have to worry about changing again. The syndrome within me doesn't like change. I'm pretty much a routinal person, much as I hate routines. HAHA I might say routines are boring YET I carry them out. I miss studying Physics. The laws of thermodynamics and energy, activation energy; one of the best chapters in my Physics textbook. Oh which reminds me. I had better start applying for universities, can't wait to get to the States :) Can't wait to study Microbiology, and genetic Biology and all that. Sounds lovely and I am in dire desperation for a bio-gasm. LOL.

Can't wait for a whole tsunami of good change that MIGHT upset me because consistency is what I'm all about, but oh well ;) Anyone and everyone could do with some amounts of change right?? ;)

Goodnight lovelies (good morning to some), and I'll see you soon. PRETTY soon.
Lots of love,

Shia.

Torn between orgasms; Converse bugs.

I look a little like a child in this picture :) Overalls have that effect.
Gosh, there are a LOT of things that I want to finish and get done with BUT again, I'm faced with the utter constraints of time. WHY?? Sheesh. Truth?? Truth is that I love day dreaming and I procrastinate a lot. Maybe I'm just human. Or, TOO human at some point of time. I'm way better this semester though :) Working my butt off, sleepless nights, endless coffee hauls and just plain old meal-skipping. I have such a horrible sleeping pattern now. And my eating patterns are just so screwed up as well :'( I don't even have time to talk to Aaron Howell :P
I just logged on to my student portal and realized that my lecturer has FIVE WHOLE chapters of American History to finish BEFORE the 10th of March (my mid term exam date) which I think is a little bit impossible.

Will someone PLEASE be kind enough to remind me NEVER to EVER take History and Biology of ANY sort in the same semester again?? Please and thank you. I've even been neglecting my dear old blog which is TOTALLY unlike me because blogging is one of the only things that keeps me calm in the middle of a mid-life crisis. Okay, forgive my overtly performed melodramatics, I just feel the need for it plus a little sarcasm :)

Things I miss the MOST:

My Kampar friends. (Who are basically still humans which makes them NOT things; okay I don't know why I put them in the "thing" category.)

Hockey. (A sport.) I am Captain Obvious :) Again, I don't know how it landed in the "thing" category. Ppfftt.

SIGH* I miss them all SO MUCH. Too much. I am such a dreamer. I get up in the middle of the night thinking I'm in Vie's bed and that he's beside me and it turns out that it was all just a wicked dream waiting for me to get up and discover that it's sigh* just a dream. *I'm starting not to make sense here*

When you absorb too much of non-existent Biology *just saying*, your brain will start to make your fingers type out things that may not make sense anymore. HAHA!! Right now, I'm studying on anaerobic respiration and aerobic respiration. It is enjoyable BUT there are LOADS of key terms to remember. I so need a dose of coffee. You see, there is bond breaking ATP, which can be converted to ADP if it has its bonds broken. And there is glycolysis for fermentation and umm, the Kreb's cycle?? And there is the light-independent reactions aka the Calvin-Benson cycle AND the light-dependent reactions. See?? I have a tonne to remember. NOT that I'm complaining but I START to complain when I have to memorize the Federal laws of the US, together with the Constitution, Jefferson's speech (Declaration of Independence), federal governments, centralized governments AND Anthropology which is really a mixture of archaeology AND history all in one. NOW do you understand why I have to forgo blogging sometimes?? :( I miss blogging. I really do.

HUGE HEAVE*
I need to have the feeling of serenity in my head again :'(
I have no idea why there are so many "copycat" protests going on all around the world. It's like Egypt caused a whole massive chain of reactions, all sprouting out around the globe. Tunisia, Albania, Libya, Lebanon (although not publicized, has the SAME thing going on like in Egypt); I got my Lebanese updates from Diana :) I miss her :(
I am so torn between two great "men". Configuratively. I was talking to Kit about getting a second degree in law because I realized I really enjoy it. Courts turn me on :) And debating gives such a HUGE adrenaline rush but I can't decide which one gives me better orgasms. I love law, I love courts and I love debates. But on the other hand, I love Biology, science and cells. I can't decide which one makes me get headier. But Kit said I should focus on ONE AND one alone. He IS right. Okay, I am ranting a little too much :/

Let's talk about something else then :P I do get a little materialistic sometimes ;) I'm human after all. I got myself a pair of Converse bug sunnies, ones I've been eye-ing for a few days. It's so gonna make me starve :P I spent quite a lot on it and I should be saving up for a rainy day :/ Here, they are GORGEOUS.

They look like this :)

And like this from the side.
I'm utterly in love with them :) I can't stop staring at them. Haha and the fact that they cost me a bomb makes me wanna wear them all the time. Even now!! In the jet blackness of the night. I wish I had more hours in a day :) Then I could allot some to dreaming :P

You know what?? I could use a dose of ATP, my dear readers. I guess it's back to the books for me :'( I have a tonne of biological terms to read up on and the clock is ticking fast. Tick tock*

Tick tock* DING!!
The bewitching hour!!

Love you bloggerwonks.

Ice cream and disgraces.

There, another picture of me dressed as a tomb raider (only that I'm shorter). I even have a braid done :)

Meow :) I have to go work on my lab report :( Sorry I'm such a bore these days and sorry that I keep talking about my work. I'm packed up to my nostrils in it; not given a breather :'( Not at all.

So, today, as I was enjoying my Baskin Robbins ice cream, (my favorite flavors are peanut butter choc, love potion, perils of praline, brownies and cookies & creme) SLURP* this girl comes up to my table and asks for a donation for the spastic children in a home. A scam, obviously. Firstly, she had no name tag. Secondly, we're all warned that these people just want to make fast cash. They go around presenting charts and pictures of spastic children in wheelchairs and in beds. Really sad, the way they abuse the pictures. This bitch of a girl, gave us an ugly face and walked off when we said we didn't want to participate in it. After awhile, she walked past my table again and HIT it with her bag. I don't think a volunteer of a home would act in such a disgraceful manner. Usually, volunteers are kind, nice people who don't force others to donate.

Sigh* People these days just want to use other people's pity and misery for fast cash. Seriously. They thrive on the pity of the masses and misery of "the children in homes" to line their pockets. Another thing is that, Christchurch, suffered from the shock of a massive earthquake :/ Let's all hope it will gain its stability soon and fast. It's really disheartening to hear about people suffering after a natural disaster strikes.

I am craving for chocolate right now :/ I'm such a sweet tooth. Oh, and did you know that most of the bacteria are of the same shape as a sperm cell?? Yes :) With the head and the tail. (Flagellum.) Isn't it funny?? And, all the blood sucking mosquitoes in the world are female. The male mosquitoes just suck the juice of plants/nectars. Really :) Horrifying innit.

Okie, had better get to some serious business.
I love you all, and have a great day/night ahead :)
Xx, the sweet tooth.

Caste systems and Tomb Raider.

Sometimes, dressing up is fun :) I was playing a tomb raider that day. Haha.

Hello :) And I'm back, as promised. I have to go and continue mugging, have a test on Friday :( Biology. I hope I do well, haven't really devoted my full dedication to memorizing the facts :/ Oh me oh my. Anyway, proof of my apparent "busy-ness" in picture form :)

I re-decorated my room wall. Had a bout of OCD that day :)

I am so pleased with the collages on my wall :)

I finally got the book I was looking for :) I thought it would be hard to find but it only cost 22 bucks. I assumed it was more. The average price of books in Malaysia is about 32 per book. Thank you, Allstar for the book :) Such an awesome read. Dante Alighieri's Inferno.

My neat wardrobe. Yup, my book wardrobe. Sort of like a hidden mini library in my closet :) See?? I've been busy spring cleaning. Haha at least now, mum doesn't nag as much and call my room a pig sty. Phew*

And, one of my lab reports :) It was nearly 6 pages long :/

So, yeah. Believe me now, when I say I was busy?? Haha I've missed the blogging scene though. Just that I've had too much on my mind, on my plate in fact. This and that and what nots. Let's laugh ourself silly :) And just have all the fun in the world while we can.

The political rostrums everywhere are going haywire, don't you think?? Egypt, then Tunisia, then Libya and now my Lebanese friend said that Lebanon had protests as well. Seriously, sometimes corruption takes its toll and people just want to rise above it all. Sometimes, it can't be tolerated any further. Just like caste systems in India. Which I find stupid, pathetic and useless. What's the use of a system that segregates unfairly and oppresses the masses?? Seriously. Especially the Dalits. The "deemed untouchables". It's so bad for them that they can't even help themselves to the aid provided during natural disasters like earthquakes and tsunamis :/ What kind of human denies another of basic needs :/ That's what is happening in India. Typical judgemental society. But then again, we can't blame the people who believe in the caste systems. Those systems were passed down from ancestors.

Alright, I seriously have to go back to my text books :( Although I'd LOVE to blog more. Trust me, I would love to. LOL.

Night lovelies and have a good day ahead. AND if I don't see you sooner, have a great week!!
Hugs and kisses,
Lishia.

Hiatus.

Some of my favorite things :)

So I guess I've been having a steady decrease in my number of blog viewers :P I've been SO BUSY. I swear. Too busy to even have space to breathe. SIGH* One after another, events and happenings, assignments and exams and tests. Ugh life.

I am currently so obsessed with Dante and his pieces of work. All especially Inferno. AND I GOT THE BOOK!! I do so want to blog. I've too much to blog about. I promise I'll wake up and post up something :) Going to sleep now so I can be an owl later :p

Ta for now.

V day.

Alright, it's a "special day" today :) Happy Valentine's Day everyone :)

What I wore today: A corset belt, another huge buckled belt, an old purple tank top and a faux leopard print mini with yellow heels, YES I love my yellow heels :) *Oh well, I figured I might as well dress for the occasion you see ;)

It was a pretty eventful day. BUT my bestie rang me to tell me the pen she got for her boyfriend wasn't there. At the counter :/ They apparently "misplaced" it. Such stupid customer service, they have in Popular bookstores. And it's supposed to be one of the best!! Even Lil is a member.
I'm kinda floating right now :) Got quite a number of gifts from some of my most special people. And I met Chrissy and Mia (haven't seen them in ages), and Mia has a pair of earrings for me!! YAY* New accessories :) Oh well, if you didn't know, I'm a sucker for accessories :) So there was this whole new Internet version of Valentine's Day, lots of people were wishing others, Happy V day on Facebook :) Sounds more like, "Happy Vagina Day" huh :)
Literally. Today, scientists (North Western Medical researchers) submitted a report on gonorrhea and it IS jaw dropping. To me that is ;)

Do you know that Gonorrhea acquires a piece or maybe a slice or sliver of a human DNA to work?? Gonorrhea is an STD (sexually transmitted disease) that affects mainly women, for those of you who aren't sure about it :) If left untreated, it can cause painful vaginal damages and sterility :/ Yes, yes, be careful!! :) So the funny part is that the human DNA can be a traitor at times :/ It gives this disease a piece of itself (something like exchanging a telephone number or a kiss) and then, from there, Gonorrhea can affect the body it's in, through the sliver of genetic interchange. Scary huh?? Sounds a little like cancer. When cells go against the body and reproduce in massive numbers, killing off other good cells :/ It's like a survival of the fittest INSIDE US!! Just the thought of it scares me :/ Gonorrhea cells can emulate that of a leucocyte which is a human white blood cell. Scientists suggest that the evolutionary transfer might be a new event. It might be a new method of "eating into immune systems".

Kinky huh?? The thought of it :/ I'll do a follow up on this alright ;) Hmm. I'd better hit my books again :( Too much to study about :(

*A shout out to MUM for the presents (although she won't be reading this), a special thank you to the All star, Tony for the wonderful Mexican feast and the wine; and all the gifts. Phew* I feel so loved and pampered. And also, lots of love to my bestie Lynn, for the Lindt chocolate and lollipop. It's 10 years of best-friendship and MANY more to come ;)*
I love you wonder bunnies and HAPPY V DAY!! Literally ;)

Mubarak, politics and Godiva.

So many things to do, so little time. AS USUAL. LOL. I have 2 tests coming up next week. And they're the worst subjects to be memorizing last minute. American History-5 chapters AND Biology-3 chapters. NOT that I'm complaining :) AND a potluck to attend later at night :/ Oh well.

Hello there readers :) It's a little bit of a sad day because so many of my friends' relationships are breaking up. Dissolving just like that. Very disheartening :/ Also, a HUGE earthquake of magnitude 6.8 hit Chile. The same zone that went through a whole tumble of natural disasters last year. I'm just hoping that the situation there will turn cheerier soon. My lungs too; so clogged up because of the stupid weather. I hate not being able to respire. It's a basic thing and it should be a simple process :/ Oh gee. Anyway, about the Chile earthquake, I got the news directly from BBC and they are REALLY FAST. *As compared to the stupid newspapers here in this country* Haha I am seriously asking for trouble :/ Here goes:

An 6.8-magnitude earthquake has struck central Chile, in the region that was hit by a huge quake and tsunami in February last year.

In the following hours two smaller quakes struck in the same area.President Sebastian Pinera praised Chileans for responding quickly, saying they had learned the lessons of last year's quake and were better prepared.
"Experts and seismological centres have said that we can expect aftershocks up to five years after the earthquake of 27 February [2010]," the president warned."Experts and seismological centres have said that we can expect aftershocks up to five years after the earthquake of 27 February [2010]," the president warned.'
On the bright side, at least the people know how to respond to natural disasters such as this. But really, 5 years of aftermath?? That is inanely long!! Sheesh. I love my updates from BBC. I have some from CNN too :) Directly to my inbox. Phew* I suppose this place is getting worse by the day. Do you know, some of the Muslims here are proposing or RATHER imposing upon us, the banning of Valentine's day. Not that it's much of a big deal but they say it's a Christian culture and so therefore, labeled as sinful. BUT thank God it's not the federal government but some members of some political party who are of staunch Muslim backgrounds. I still say, it's a little pathetic and they should be put into the ISA (Internal security Act) for blatant slander and for being disrespectful of another culture. Such intricate nonsense. If they could put Petra into ISA for merely exposing the truth, I don't see why these morons shouldn't be charged equally. Such disrespect!!
Oh and another thing, the Swiss government just ordered the Egypt's defamed President Mubarak's assets to be freezed. YET he still does not want to step down. Now, he's delegating some of the power to his Vice President. Goodness, it's getting a little crazy. In a weird way, Mubarak reminds me of one of our dear own politicians Mr Samy Vellu. They're both holding on to their posts for dear life and goodness!! They don't wanna step down although they've been holding their consecutive posts for over 30 years!! Haha utterly hilarious. Sometimes I think, older people have less brains than the younger generation ;) Just saying.
Okie, politics should not be filling my mind right now :) Oh well, last thing. I really admire the Egyptian community for having the courage and the will to stand up for what is right. Such brave people, although it is a little risky. It most certainly is going to affect the economy of the country and their personal lives. Sigh* Oh well, when something isn't right, it should be addressed. SALUTATIONS*
Oh, funny stories :) Last semester, I fogged up my Chemistry laboratory when I used CONCENTRATED Hydrochloric acid instead of DILUTE Hydrochloric acid. It was like a hailstorm in my lab :) And just yesterday, I was trying to *mock seduce* an African guy in Mc Donald's. I stuck my tongue to the glass screen and *mock licked* it. HAHA And stuck my cleavage there too :P Just for fun alright. AND a Chinese guy looked :/ The horror of it all!! How embarrassing :) And my friend Jack was laughing her butt off at the joke turned blunder.

Right, I have to go and get ready, my parents are coming back to take Lil and I out for lunch :) Hope you like my "political rants". HAHA.
All my love, Lishia.
P.s# Godiva. ;)

Oblivion.

When the outside makes the inside crash, I dress like a babydoll :)

Probably finished and done with all this idiocy and further nautical nonsense. Fed up. Such hypocrites and pests they are. I'm talking about certain "people (politicians)" here that have spread news that Valentine's Day should not be celebrated by Muslim people because it is a sin and a "Christian event". I'm wondering, waiting, watching to see how much more absurd they can get :/ Oh well.

Have been a very busy bumble bee :( I have 2 tests later, WHICH I HAVEN'T STUDIED FOR because I was busy finishing up my lab reports :( Oh me oh my. I hate it when it becomes a cluster of things and then, I'd have to slowly work it out; I'm losing my sleep!! Haha. It's assignments and lab reports after another AND researches (not that I'm complaining, haha) but it gets a little insane once in awhile. Especially at 4.43 am, trying to finish up a lab report with missing information here and there :(

So, there I go..
Rambling again. Oh no!!

UGH. I have a Biology quiz and a History test next week. It's panda eyes again!! YAY me. *Mock clapping* Insanity to the gouging maximum!! It's the prime, the epitome!! The deepest depth, the widest width, the highest height; okie. I'm a confirmed loony. Oh lock me up in a cell :) HAHA I just am using my funny bone, forgive me. One needs a touch of hilarity when one's neurons are too soaked up with work, information and non-existent information :(

So, I'd best be running off to my oblivion again. I am an official Anthropology hater. I know it has "logy" at the back, JUST LIKE Biology which means study BUT it's annoying, we actually have to memorize a whole load of bullsh*t theories which no longer apply to us anymore?? Goodness me. We have to memorize and remember the cultures of "noble savages", barbarians and bluh. AND, theories that ALL civilization came from Egypt. Mind you, China, England, Germany and most other countries were equally advanced :/ AND this theory came from the British. HAHA Ironic right??

Okie, oblivion, HERE I COME!! *Dive*
Ta peeps, I hope I manage to score for my Music and Anthropology test.
Lots of love, hugs and kisses :)

Dotty tests in Egypt. LOL.

What I wore for the Chink New Year :) I was dotty in dots. LOL. I am such a procrastinator!! I have a lab report and 3 tests to study for, yet here I am. Blogging my heart out. AND I just had ice cream :) Feeling so lost today :/ Stuff made me spiral a little on the funny side. Like a helix DNA strand :) Haha. I thought ice cream might help a little. Especially if it's Baskin Robbins. Yum* They have the best flavors ever!!

Have you all heard about the protests in Egypt, the one that is getting worse and getting a LOT of media coverage?? I think it's so cool. Not because they want to oust President Mubarak but because they mustered up enough courage to actually wage a war against the government. They have the brains to think and FINALLY acted out against the corruption and the bias systems in Egypt. I really wish our community would grab a little more "backbone" and stand up and start defending US. The people. We all have a say too. It's not like we remain puppets of the higher authorities. I have SO MUCH on my mind. But if I say more, I really might get into huge trouble. In the Star papers yesterday, we were all warned not to take Egypt as an example. Oh sheesh. We're not all unreliable sheep that follow the "shepherds" blindly I guess :) At least, I'M NOT ONE.

Oh well. I really am fed up with a few things here and there. And also, mistakes of parents, should never ever be held on their children. It's like eternal carnage :/ Generational. Sometimes thinking about it, eugenics did some good to society on forming the right kind of minds. In a way. Not that I'm supporting the awful theories and practices. :)

Oh well, I'm so sleepy :( I've got to go and mug for History. TEST!! NO!! I suck in history :P And I'm doing American history. Oh dang.
Anyway, have a good day cupcakes ;)

Xx, Shia.

Everything and anything.

Are we human. Or are we dancer. (Part of a song.)

Sorry for the long break :) Woo hoo and I'm back in the cyber zone. Had no Internet connection for a few days, went back to Ipoh, (mum's hometown) for the Chinese New Year season. Satisfying, I guess. LOL. Came back to a nice and quiet house. Thank God my relatives behaved themselves this festive season. No nagging, no complains and stuff although grandpa became a little deaf and seemed to enjoy farting and belching more in public :/ Euw right. He does it so loudly, and thinks no one hears OR maybe he just doesn't care. Haha. Old people can get so rude sometimes. Goodness me, I bought so many new clothes this year. And maybe last year :)

I love little flea markets and bazaars; they're so quaint and intricate.
Mm. Have you guys heard of Bishnu Shrestha?? A Nepali soldier who defended a young 18-year old when she was nearly raped by 40 men. I guess, rage can drive you on. I mean, he FOUGHT OFF 40 men single handedly with only a knife. You should read the news on him :) Such a hero, such a warrior.
I went out last night for drinks with Allstar and Nazzy, had Absinthe in Republic :) Only a shot because after that, my tummy was swirling. I love dancing and boy did I dance my heart out. Phew* It was refreshing, hips swaying, arms flailing, haha t*ts bouncing ;) And, butt shaking. I just ADORE dancing. Any kind and I'm a wild cat of a dancer :)
Then-anticlimax time. I came back around 3 something in the morning and saw the saddest thing ever. I saw 4 or 5 old people huddled up on a plastic sheet in an old building's corridor. Homeless people. I know its a norm but we hardly ever see them. It's heart wrenching. In this country, we always hear brags about how the we're all above the poverty line. These people go unnoticed. They were old and it was a cold night. If only I could stop by and take them in :( My parents would probably get a heart attack. It's awful to see others suffer when you know you have so much to give :( So much to waste and throw away. Sigh* I'm a little saddened :/ My friend Christopher would have taken them in. He took in a mad man before and even bathed the guy and gave him food and a place to stay for awhile.

Another thing on the "brian" is stats on child soldiers. The numbers are increasing daily. Child soldiers are hired or rather forced and coerced into shooting and killing and mass murders AND life is not worth anything to them. Not theirs, not anyone else's. If only I could do something to change some things around. If only. Sigh*
The sins and carnage they have to bear is enormous. The enormity of what they do, they don't have souls left. Once you kill, you lose your soul. It's a famous saying. A life for a life.

Oh boy, Lil just came in telling me that we're going out. We've been shopping like crazy :/ By the way, listen to Gonorrhea by Lil Wayne ;) Nice song although the title is not so nice?? LOL. Bananagrams ARE AWESOME!! It's this weird game where you use tiles with alphabets on them to make words, the fastest person wins.

I'm ranting :) (Something I do when I stop blogging for a few days.)
Anyway, I love you all and you know it ;) I adore you, with all my mind. Alright, toodles for now.

On a boat in Thailand :)

P.s# Smile :)
